These conditions is a guide for the commercial relations established between "The French Daily Shop” and the customers, an individual or a legal entity. All purchases made on "The French Daily Shop” website imply customer agreement and that these conditions are accepted unconditionally. Acceptation of this agreement is confirmed by the customer during the order and payment procedure.
At the end of payment, "The French Daily Shop” prepares and sends the items to the customer.
The terms and conditions of use as written here prevail over all other conditions, whether particular or general, not written, and/or agreed to by our company. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. In this case, the terms applied will be those in force on the date of the order.

The pics shown are as close to reality as possible, but are only illustrations. Sometimes the products may be presented slightly different from reality (for example, product colors). "The French daily Shop" is not responsible for the appearance of the product or its packaging. The pictures of products are not contractual. Against by description, contents or ingredients used are described in the item description on our website and emanates from our suppliers.
Our shop offers the services described on our website. We reserve the right to change any offering at any time whether that offering relates to products or services out of stock.
Any product offering and service is valid for the period of its publication on the "The French Daily Shop” website.
Responsibility of "The French Daily Shop” for shipment contents
"The French Daily Shop” has no responsability for the contents of packages sent to our customers if the error or the mistake is due to the customer in fulfilling the order form.
Stock and back orders
All products are offered depending on the available stock held by "The French Daily Shop". If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to remove it from our catalog. So, if the product must be ordered from our suppliers, preparation and shipment of your order can then be delayed by 72 hours.
If a customer ordered a product out of stock at suppliers, "The French Daily Shop" refund the customer or offer a similar product. The customer can choose to accept or not our proposal.
Our prices are in € (euros) or £ (sterling pound) and do not include transport/shipping costs. Shipping or transport prices include full preparation and processing of the order.
The prices of our services are also displayed in € or £ .
For each order, the accurate delivery cost is always indicated before the total amount to be paid. The delivery costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of package. The total amount includes all delivery costs and order preparation fees. In validating the order, the customer accepts the costs of preparation and delivery.
An e-mail of order confirmation, summarizing the total amount to be paid will be sent to the customer after the completion of the order.
Our listed prices do not include customs duty or any taxes applied by the destination country. These additional customs duties or taxes, must be covered by the customer.
"The French Daily Shop” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and particularly when suppliers or transporters increase theirs. In the case of a price change for a product or service, the price paid by the client will remain the price displayed at the day of the order.
Payment for orders
When the order is validated by "The French Daily Shop”, the products are sent to customer only after reception of the total payment of the order.
Errors in delivery address
"The French Daily Shop” will not be held responsible for errors made by the customer in the delivery address. In this case the package will not be shown to the customer unless it corrects the error in the delivery address and shall bear the shipping costs for the second presentation. No refund of the goods can be claimed.
Delivery and shipping costs
Our aim is to deliver each order within max. 20 days from the date of the order. This time is given as an indication. If the customer has not received his order within 50 days, the customer can cancel it and of course will receive total reimbursement of the paid amount.
However, "The French Daily Shop” cannot be held responsible for delays causes by a force majeure (circumstances beyond our control) as flood, strike or plane crash, etc., that delays delivery beyond 30 days or results in damage or loss of an order.
The parcels are prepared in 3 days, except in case of out of stock and that we need a delivery from our suppliers, this case adds 3 more days.
Return of a product or parcel
Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return all or part of the order. To be accepted in return, the product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. All return shipping costs is due to the customer.
Refusal to pay duties or taxes by the customer is not considered an acceptable reason for an order cancellation or return. The customer must take possession of the delivery of the order before returning it.
Withdrawing of order
The customer has the option to withdraw within 7 days of the order date, unless the provision of this service has already started. In case of refund, the customer must notify us by email using the "Contact Us" within 7 days.
When a customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must respect the conditions described, the refund will be effective within 20 days from the date of the returned goods are received by "The French Daily Shop."
Error in the composition of the package
If the contents of a package does not match the order, we will refund within 14 days from the date of notification of the error, products that may be missing for example. The costs of returning that do not comply with the initial order will be supported by "The French Daily Shop."
Damages to the package
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the condition and possibly make reservations. If a package is damaged, the customer must open it and inspect the contents in the presence of the deliveryman. Damaged goods must be listed on the delivery bill to provide a valid proof to "The French Daily Shop". The customer should therefore contact us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged package. We will refund or replace the products concerned. To strengthen the case, any material, photos, description of goods can be attached to the application. In the absence of these measures, no refund will be made. If the products are damaged with no signs of damage to the parcel, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of signing delivery bill. "The French Daily Shop” will then refund the missing or damaged products, within 14 days from the date of notification by the customer.
Loss of a parcel
If the customer's order has not been delivered within 50 days from the date of shipment of the package and if the shipping address is correct "The French Daily Shop" will refund the goods or and at the express request of the customer, a second order will be sent within 20 days of the request.
Due to the artice No. 1641 of french "CODE CIVIL", "The French Daily Shop" will honor the warranty as to hidden defects that render it unusable by customer.
In this case, the customer will return the damaged goods to "The French Daily Shop" and our company will refund the purchase cost.
All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the client, in the original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For processing and sending orders "The French Daily Shop” must register some personal data.
These informations will be stored for the sole purpose of enabling the client to fill a future order without having to repeat information.
In case of refusal to provide such information, "The French Daily Shop” will be unable to prepare an invoice and deliver the order, the sale will be canceled.
According to the French law as regards information and personal freedom (Loi Informatique et Libertés), processing customers personal informations must be declared to the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté). In addition and according to this law established January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of information on request made by e-mail via "Contact us" or by mail sent to our Headquaters.
"The French Daily Shop” prohibits sharing a customer's personal information with third parties.
Information concerning the payment are not recorded by "The French Daily Shop”.
In accordance with French accounting laws, orders and invoices must be stored on reliable and durable support, these documents would, eventually, be produced in case of legal proceedings until final judgment .
The " Tribunal de Commerce de Paris” shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of trade dispute.
